"Where the attention goes, power flows." This is one of my favorite and one of the most important sentences in history. The things we focus on the most are the things the and get most of our Nrgy and vice versa. Once we grasp this concept we can begin to train ourselves to focus most on things that benefit us, we also must appreciate those moments of happiness, in doing that we literally multiply the chances of those things occurring frequently.
